The Problem

China graduates 4× more STEM students than the US annually. Elite LA private schools already teach AI and robotics in middle school. Our students are being left out of the conversation — and the economy.

Code Combat has no characters who look like them. The problems they solve have nothing to do with their lives. We watch brilliant, creative students use tools designed for someone else.

The Solution

FutureMakers brings college-prep technology education to the students who need it most. We don't remediate — we accelerate. And we do it with characters, stories, and problems that look like our community.

A three-year curriculum, game-based learning platform, bilingual resources, and a rigorous pathway designed specifically for Latino and Black students to enter college and careers reshaping our world.

How We Build Futures

Our curriculum is built on three pillars of excellence

Code & AI

Python, machine learning, and AI ethics from day one. Students write real code that solves real problems in their community.

Robotics

LEGO SPIKE Prime and Raspberry Pi hands-on engineering. Build, program, iterate, and compete on the stage.

Drone Tech

Autonomous drone programming with real Python code. From flight physics to computer vision, students command the skies.

Why We Exist

I've been teaching 6th grade coding in South Los Angeles for years. Every year I watch my students—brilliant, creative, hungry to build—use tools that were designed for someone else.

Code Combat has no characters who look like them. The problems they solve have nothing to do with their lives. And every year, it sends the same subtle message: This world wasn't built for you.

So I'm building something better.

FutureMakers is a three-year technology curriculum and game-based learning platform designed specifically for Latino and Black students. It's rigorous, culturally grounded, bilingual, and built to get our kids into college and into careers in the industries that are reshaping the world.

This isn't a club. This is a pathway to power.
